We have a great opportunity for an AIN to work collaboratively with our Acute Geriatrics Ward, 2C at Wyong Hospital. About You You hold current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You maintain accurate documentation in patient records to meet legislative requirements and ensure continuity of safe patient/client care through effective clinical communication. You actively participate in quality improvement activities and provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders, including patients, staff, and others. Where You’ll Be Working You will be based at 2C Acute Geriatrics Unit at Wyong.
