The Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist Level 3 to join our Mental Health Inpatient Units. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical Occupational Therapy services to consumers and their families/carers, to support functional improvement and facilitate discharge out of hospital. Join us in promoting recovery, rehabilitation, and quality of life for our consumers through innovative clinical practice models and evidence-based techniques. About You You have current registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board, AHPRA. You possess demonstrated ability to develop and implement tailored individual and group programs that facilitate consumers to develop skills to improve function and quality of life. You have evidence of advanced clinical skills and significant experience working as an occupational therapist conducting functional assessments and developing therapeutic care plans to enable referrals to community-based supports. You have experience in providing reflective clinical supervision and leadership to other Occupational Therapists. Where you'll be working As part of the Allied Health Mental Health Team, the occupational therapist will provide clinical expertise and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver time-limited, recovery-focused care and establish innovative and effective models of care.
