Lead sales & marketing – Grow revenue fast using digital marketing, high-velocity transactions, and direct business development. Build a killer team – Hire, train, and lead a high-performance team as you scale from 7 to 20+ people. Maximize efficiency – Streamline operations, pricing, and supply chain to drive profitability. Acquire & integrate businesses – Find, negotiate, and integrate acquisitions to scale aggressively. You’ll own the outcome—with no corporate BS, no endless meetings, and no red tape. We are currently acquiring our 2nd business with more deals in the pipeline. Location Perth-based – Role based at our Perth HQ, working directly with the team for maximum impact. Hybrid option (3 months) – For the right candidate, we will consider a hybrid setup for the first 3 months, with regular travel to Perth to ensure fit is right before relocating.
