Job Description About the role Initially based in Tottenham then in Truganina in May 2025, as the CFC Fulfilment Planning Coordinator working within the Fulfillment Planning team, you will be responsible for collaborating with a large range of peers and stakeholders across multiple business units, including Customer Service, Store Operations, Solutions, I.T, Marketing content & Merchandise teams, to ensure that customers receive the fulfilment services levels promised when they place their orders with us. In addition, you will also be responsible for managing the back-orders, monitoring order fulfilment and communication in relation to the orders. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborating with the CFC and broader business teams to plan and align the fulfilment execution and support administering daily fulfilment operations, ensuring execution in alignment with the SLAs Maintaining an understanding of CFC-agreed service levels and proactively monitor and triage late orders Conducting inventory control checks, supporting cycle count & stocktake planning to ensure high levels of stock integrity are maintained Maintaining an understanding of operational cost drivers, observe & highlight areas of improvement opportunities Supporting change management related to fulfilment systems and champion continuous improvement of processes. Maintaining an understanding of packaging requirements as product types evolve Driving focus on adherence to high-quality packing standards and review/correct cartonisation exceptions Being proactive steps to ensure appropriate packaging is utilised for new-release products Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: 3+ years retail experience, with exposure to online and supply chain related activities 3+ years of experience in complex projects and interacting with cross-functional teams Additional Information If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
