This position is offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis and we are flexible on the geographical location of the candidate, however, they must be able to cover QLD business hours and attend their local hub office one day per month. The position is diverse, and includes the following key elements: Review and register assessments, book Assessor inspections, engage specialists and update all key stakeholders as required Send instructions to panel builders and restorers and arrange urgent make safe repairs Research and book appropriate accommodation for displaced owners as required Manage email inboxes, maintain CHU databases with updated status information and relevant documentation to close out files and ensure compliance standards are met Ensure Brokers, Strata Managers, Owners and Tenants are kept up to date and informed of all progress Keep accurate payment records, including generating invoices and sending payment notifications Format documents and photographs as required Provide any general administration support to the team The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: Proven administration experience within a fast paced and multi-faceted environment Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and negotiate as necessary Highly developed time management and prioritising capabilities coupled with attention to detail Strong and confident communication, both written and verbal Able to work in a team environment and adopt a customer centric approach Be highly organised and solutions focused Prior experience within Insurance – (desirable) Our commitment to you At the heart of CHU’s company culture is recognition of the value our team members bring to the workplace through their individual backgrounds, culture, strengths, creativity, ideas, shared experiences and access to a flexible work environment.
