COMMUNICATION AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS MANAGER Apply locations Karratha, Western Australia time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id JR108367 Clough , as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities. Clough currently has an opportunity for an additional Communications and Community Relations Manager to join the Human Resources Team on site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's communication strategies, building strong relationships with the community, and ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Your focus will include: Develop and execute corporate communication and stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to project needs. Provide regular reports and insights on key stakeholder relationships, concerns, and emerging issues. Represent the company at community meetings, events, and other public forums. Facilitate effective internal communication within the organization to ensure employees are informed and engaged. What you will bring to the team: Previous experience in Communications & Community Relations or in a similar role. The ability to negotiate and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Ability to work a 19:9 FIFO rotation to site.
