Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team? Proven experience in training and coaching team members. A history of exceeding set goals and KPI’s and driving budgets and targets. Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management. Have experience in Customer Service and are passionate about delivering an in-store experience to our customers. Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s. Have an interest in fashion and retail. Want to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
