Experience in managing a team of 2 – 4 team members. Have a passion for customer service, retail sales, and fashion. Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations. Have the ability to identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales. Have the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
