Ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage with your team. Proven experience in training and coaching team members. A history of exceeding set goals and KPI’s and driving budgets and targets. Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM and stock management. Looking for Brand Ambassadors that share the same values and can share the brand culture with fellow team members and customers. Experience in Customer Service and enthusiastic about delivering an in-store experience to our customers. Driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s. Interest in fashion and retail.
