Ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team. Proven experience in training and coaching team members. A history of exceeding set goals and KPIs and driving budgets and targets. Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management. Experience in Customer Service and passion for delivering an in-store experience to customers. Driven to exceed company-set budgets and KPIs. Interest in fashion and retail. Desire to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
