Ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team. Proven experience in training and coaching team members. A history of exceeding set goals and KPIs and driving budgets and targets. Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management. Experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering an in-store experience to our customers. Driven to exceed company set budgets and KPIs. Interest in fashion and retail. Desire to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
