Enough about us, what makes you YOU? We are looking for a passionate Creche / Childminding Manager eager to do the role they love as part of our Creche. Experience in a management or leadership role Experience in child care or child minding Ability to supervise and passionate about teamwork Experience in providing excellent customer service Strong communication skills with children, parents, management and staff Knowledge of behaviour management Demonstrated ability in planning and implementing programs Experience in staff training and rostering Knowledge of age-appropriate activities for children Knowledge, understanding and commitment to WHS principles & implementation ‘I think I’m the one you're looking for! But what might my day look like?' You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the creche including in the programming, planning and implementation of a care, safe environment for the children. Knowledge and understanding of relevant policies and procedures Seeking and suggesting ways to improve the child minding function Attending and contributing to staff meetings Supporting staff members and providing guidance Demonstrating initiative and flexibility And more! The nitty gritty role requirements: Current first aid / CPR certification Must meet Child Protection Act requirements Current QLD Blue Card We are building out our team of incredible casual childminding assistants as we get ready to open and would love to hear from you.
