Job Description
Experience as an Architect in CRM transformation programs, new applications building, and major projects cutting across CRM systems. Experience in CRM products (e.g., Siebel, Salesforce) and their technical/functional architectures. Closely work with solution designers, developers, and tester teams in the implementation life cycle. Experience in CRM integration with provisioning, middleware, and billing systems. Experience in collaborating with the customer architect teams and other stakeholders. Telecom domain experience in CRM areas is preferable. Certification in TOGAF or other architecture-related certifications is preferable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
