Contract Duration: Initial contract until 31st October 2025, with potential for extension.Location: Preferred locations in order: Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane.Clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for Baseline clearance. About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyse business processes, and define user stories. You will play a key role in identifying system enhancements and driving operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyse and document business processes, translating requirements into technical specifications. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and refine business needs. Create data models, workflow diagrams, and process maps to support requirement analysis. Develop and manage user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication. Skills & Experience Essential: Strong background in business process drafting, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication. Experience in user story definition and process mapping. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Desirable: Salesforce (Experience Cloud) or similar CRM experience. Exposure to Federal Health Government Agencies or partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about optimising business processes.
