CRM Data and Business Analyst Contract till June 2025Sydney CBD Hybrid working arrangements DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced CRM Data and Business Analyst to join our Government Client team. The purpose of the CRM Preparation and Data Analyst role is to lay the groundwork for selecting and implementing the agency’s first CRM system. The role involves gathering, analysing, and preparing contact data, while leveraging the analyst’s CRM experience to recommend the most effective grouping, categorization, and organizational structure for the data. Engaging with stakeholders, the analyst will assess organizational needs and propose functional requirements, ensuring the CRM is tailored to support key outcomes, such as targeted communications and data management.Role Responsibilities: Gather and analyze the agency’s contact data, identifying key attributes such as organization type, function, and communication preferences. Assess the quality and completeness of existing data, identifying gaps and inconsistencies. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand organizational needs, including how contacts should be grouped and categorized. Facilitate discussions to identify desired CRM features and functionality. Utilize experience with CRM systems to recommend best practices for data grouping, categorization, and segmentation. Suggest potential CRM use cases based on the agency’s objectives, such as targeted email communications and reporting needs. Design a logical structure for contact data, ensuring it is ready for migration into a future CRM. Develop standardized templates and frameworks for data entry and maintenance. Provide input into the evaluation of potential CRM solutions based on gathered requirements and industry knowledge. Offer insights into CRM capabilities that align with the agency’s objectives. Document data structures, recommended categorizations, and functional requirements for the CRM. Prepare reports summarizing findings, proposed strategies, and readiness for CRM implementation.
