Our preference is for this role to be based in Melbourne, however open to remote. The majority of our team are based in Melbourne or Adelaide. Our CRM Manager supports the Davie Group by engaging with customers through personal and relevant content to help increase brand transactions. We are looking for someone who has experience within a pure CRM role and has used Klaviyo. The intention of this role is to speak to the maximum available number of people via the most appropriate channel and encourage customers to make one more transaction or have an AOV above $100. This role has 1 direct report and reports into our Head of Performance Marketing. The role is centred around marketing and systems. Marketing: Lead, plan, manage and execute global cross channel communication to increase growth customer acquisition, retention, LTV and sales across 8 markets. Responsible for the customer lifecycle journey optimisation. Email content calendar ownership, working closely with the broader marketing team to align email and business marketing campaigns Project manage the creation of emails / SMS. Create and develop email and SMS briefs, working collaboratively with the creative team. Design, develop and deploy A/B testing and experiments to increase engagement and conversion metrics. Email and SMS analytics and reporting, sharing the findings and insight with the teams to improve channel performance. Work collaboratively with Performance Marketing team specifically, insights and paid media, marketing managers, design team, customer service, agencies and technology partners Systems: Control of the cost-effective usage of Klaviyo platform. Map out customer journey touch points and data flows to ensure feeding Klaviyo with the correct data. Design a comprehensive profile data architecture that helps to deploy segmented and personalized campaigns. Audience segmentation strategies to increase engagement, conversion and deliverability. Develop and deploy an automated list cleaning process to reduce platform cost and cross channel deliverability. Facilitate in the in-house onboarding of email marketing campaigns for key brands. Develop additional email and SMS campaigns for selected brands in collaboration with the marketing Build emails in Klaviyo and deploy to relevant audience according to email calendar.
