Overview CRM Strategy Director – Contract Role We are seeking an exceptional Strategy Director to join Digitas for a contract until May agency, specializing in CRM and Loyalty strategies. This role combines elements of experience strategy, social strategy, and digital marketing expertise to drive innovative customer relationship management and loyalty programs for our clients. You: You’ll have 7+ years customer-focused strategy experience, especially in CRM, Marketing Automation and CX. You’ll have proven experience in developing customer-focused business strategy for leading brands that lead to proven outputs, ROI, action and account growth. Working across a major global automotive brand, you’ll understand their challenges, propose, plan and deliver strategy engagements that will meet their needs. You’ll be a critical part of the Digitas Strategy Team – the center of strategy for the business. We’re a team of problem-solving weapons that deliver business insights through understanding audiences, developing data-led decisions, customer experiences and strategy direction. You’ll be a perfectionist. Your strategy will be sublimely simple, your slides beautifully designed and your presentations perfectly persuasive. You’ll report to the Head of Intelligence, you will take a team leadership role to help deliver and evolve the team’s delivery of excellent work as well as being the strategic go-to in the Sydney office. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive CRM and loyalty strategies that leverage digital experiences and data-driven insights Analyse customer data to identify behavioural patterns, lifecycle optimisation, pain points, and opportunities for enhancing brand loyalty Create personalized customer journey maps and experience strategies across various digital touchpoints Lead ideation workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative loyalty programs Craft strategic briefs with powerful insights that inspire creative solutions for CRM and loyalty initiatives Stay abreast of digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer retention and loyalty marketing Drive agency thought-leadership, evolving and applying Digitas’ strategic approach to Experience Strategy and developing a method that leads to outstanding thinking across all engagements Partner with Digitas leadership across Creative Intelligence, Experience Design, Technology and Account Management to own the vision for brand experience opportunity and drive client success.
