CTP - Customer Relations Specialist About the Role: Our client is seeking a dynamic CTP - Customer Relations Specialist, dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for their customers. This role involves conducting independent reviews of CTP insurance claims under the Motor Accident Injuries Act (MAIA) and providing fair, transparent, and timely resolutions. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with legislation. What You’ll Bring: Experience in insurance claims, must have experience dealing with the NSW CTP MAIA scheme. Qualifications in Law, Insurance, Medical, Allied Health, or related disciplines. Strong skills in dispute resolution, complaints handling, and decision-making. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings in plain English. High attention to detail and analytical skills.
