Reporting to the CTP Direct Customer Solutions Manager Develop deep knowledge of the national risk selection strategy that delivers profit and growth targets across each Scheme Sydney OR Brisbane office CBD location (this role does not allow working from home as the systems are office based) Work within a high performing team to execute on Statutory Classes strategic priorities of driving growth through digital, GIO Agencies, Direct Distribution Call Centres and Branches. Focusing on delivering tailored customer experiences, underwriting decisions, data integrity and Scheme obligations. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain the ongoing CTP direct channel relationships Prioritise, plan, and further develop Direct CTP Solutions Team processes to deliver an optimised offering for our customers Lead market facing interactions (face to face, phone, emails) with our direct CTP customers during the onboarding process Train and onboard new staff through high level of CTP knowledge; Management of and provision of services to CTP Direct Distribution across each of the privatised CTP schemes Supporting CTP Direct operations relating to customer queries, cash allocation and reporting Support teams across CTP Product with enquiries. Skills & Experience: Exemplary customer service knowledge (phone and email queries) Experience in the Insurance industry or financial services Well developed written and oral communication skills Ability to seek out information and break down problems and situations to reach a viable solution.
