We are seeking aBusiness Analyst who specialises in Tableau to join our dynamic team to deliver and maintain robust, best in-class reporting solutions. In thisFull-Time role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing dashboards and reports usingTableau. Tasks & Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organisation by analysing complex business problems and providing strategic insights and recommendations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and implement robust, best in-class reporting and data analytics solutions, insights, and storytelling across the entire business. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across all business functions. You will strive to tell compelling stories through data visualisation, making complex information and data accessible and engaging for all stakeholders. About You: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Specialise in Tableau, with Tableau Certifications advantageous Expertise in creating visually appealing dashboards and reports using Tableau. Competence in analysing data sets, quantitative analysis, data mining, predictive modelling and creating data visualisations and data storytelling while maintaining a high level of data quality Proficiency in SQL, data prep, data modeling, scripting, and database management advantageous Enthusiastic and energetic team player Actively part of the Tableau Community Consumer or retail sales experience beneficial Excellent communication and presentation skills Professional Attributes: Strong Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse complex business problems, identify underlying patterns or trends and translate data into meaningful insights. Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation, analysis, and design.
