Job Description
THE COMPANY Our client specializes in both commercial and residential building certification services. They work alongside a team of town planning consultants, energy efficiency assessors, fire engineers, and access consultants to provide a full service on any project. THE ROLE An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic building certifier to join our team to carry out residential building assessments and inspections. The role is a mix of both assessments and inspections and would work alongside our Lead Residential Certifier (A1) and our Director (A1 - Lead Commercial Certifier). The position can also provide exposure to the commercial arm of the business, offering a potential pathway towards Level 2 and Level 1 accreditation. To be successful in this position, you should have a desire to work within a tight and supportive team, be committed to providing a high level of quality service to our clients, be proactive in your approach to problem-solving, and be technically proficient across all relevant codes and standards. ABOUT YOU Be accredited and licensed in QLD as an A3 Building Certifier Have demonstrated proficiency and experience with the assessment of building approvals and inspections in the residential sector Excellent attention to technical detail and a high level of customer service Minimum 1 year experience as a certifier and inspector Experience using Visual Approvals software an advantage An attractive remuneration package including CPD allowances will be offered to the right candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
