About The Role Due to internal moves, we are looking for our next Cafe Attendants. This is an exciting and varied role as you will be the face of our land and Ferry Cafe's. You will provide our passengers with an exceptional experience by delivering first class customer service. Working as part of a team and taking responsibility for the efficient operations of all our Cafes, including safety, legislative compliance, operational and administrative functions is the basis of this role. If you are energetic, committed, professional, self-motivated, can work autonomously and successfully within a diverse team on land and sea this role is for you. As this is a 365-day operation, you must have the flexibility to be available for a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays. About You A passion for providing exceptional customer service. Excellent coffee making skills. Team player. Strong interpersonal skills. Professional, self-starter & self-motivated. Achievement and results driven. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skills, Qualifications & Experience Prior experience working in a similar fast paced, hospitality focused role - Essential. Responsible Service of Alcohol - Essential. Food Safety Course - Essential. First Aid/CPR certificates - Essential - (or willing to obtain). Espresso Coffee Making trained - Desirable.
