You will answer phone calls and email enquiries, take bookings and cancellations, and enter data into our systems to create requests and referrals for our services teams. Most importantly, you will be helping older people in our community to access the services they need. By doing this, you will be making a positive difference in their lives. About You We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.
