Job Description

Our client is the leading supplier of LPG for residential, commercial, and light industrial customers in Australia and New Zealand, and they are seeking experienced customer service officers as they have two separate positions available. Call Centre Position Features: Casual ongoing with opportunity to go permanent Monday to Friday Day shift 8 hour shifts $35.12 per hour Located in Lytton Duties: Provide prompt and accurate information to customers' calls, correspondence, and enquiries Set up new domestic and commercial accounts Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns Liaise with customers, dealers, and suppliers as required Participate in team meetings General administration duties Requirements: Customer service/call centre background Great communication skills Driver's licence and reliable transport Transport Scheduler Features: Casual ongoing with opportunity to go permanent Monday to Friday Day shift 8 hour shifts $39.25 per hour Located in Lytton Duties: Set up new domestic and commercial accounts Transport scheduling for drivers Provide prompt and accurate information to customers' calls, correspondence, and enquiries Liaise with customers, dealers, and suppliers as required Participate in team meetings General administration duties Requirements: Experience with transport scheduling Driver's licence with reliable transport Experience in customer service If you are interested and meet the requirements, please apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
