As a casual staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children in the Northern Beaches area. Your enthusiasm and commitment to early childhood development will contribute to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our little learners. Responsibilities: Engage in interactive play and educational activities with children Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care Collaborate with the team to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Communicate effectively with parents and guardians Assist in daily routines, including meal times, naps, and nappy changes Qualifications: Certificate lll or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent Current Working with Children Check Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine love for working with children Ability to work effectively in a team Flexibility and adaptability to a casual work schedule Why choose us?
