You will work closely with marketing teams to analyze customer data, track campaign performance, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. Key Responsibilities Extract and analyze customer data using SQL to support campaign targeting and strategy. Identify trends and insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals. Identify new ways to leverage data to optimize outcomes and influence stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Maintain clear documentation of campaign processes and results. Key Requirements Strong SQL skills (SAS/Python/R is advantageous) Experience with campaign management and data analysis using Power BI/Tableau (Adobe experience is a plus) Strong communication skills to present campaign findings and insights. Understanding of direct marketing and customer targeting. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
