As a Campus Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient daily operations of the Adelaide campus while maintaining a high standard of student services and compliance. You will work closely with the academic and administrative teams to provide an engaging and supportive learning environment for students. Operational Oversight Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient student experience. Ensure the effective delivery of training and assessment services in line with SCEI training model and compliance requirements. Manage campus facilities, ensuring Adelaide campus is equipped with necessary resources and infrastructure. Ensure timely procurement of training resources, equipment, and materials. Work closely with trainers and support staff to maintain a positive and productive learning environment to enhance student engagement. Monitor campus performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Assist in coordinating timetables, classroom allocations, and trainer schedules. Human Resources & Staff Oversight Oversee, support, and mentor trainers, student support staff, and administrative personnel in Adelaide campus, in consultation with Course Coordinators. Assist with performance appraisals and support the implementation of professional development plans for staff, in consultation with HR and the Course Coordinator. Support the recruitment, induction, and training processes for trainers and administrative staff under the guidance of HR. Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and fair work regulations, following guidance from HR. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to ASQA regulations, SRTO 2015 / 2025, and other relevant compliance requirements. Support internal and external audits, ensuring that campus meets or exceeds quality standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness. Monitor student attendance, course progress, and trainer compliance with training package requirements. Student Welfare & Support: Oversee student services to ensure a high level of support and engagement. Address student concerns and complaints efficiently and fairly. Promote a positive and inclusive campus culture, supporting student success and well-being. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in an administrative or coordination role within an RTO or education setting. Strong understanding of RTO and CRICOS compliance requirements. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with international students (preferred). Proficiency in student management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Should have full-time rights to work in Australia.
