Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Canada Tax Professional to join our team in a role that can be tailored to your experience level, either as a Preparer. As a Tax Professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their tax matters, including T1, T2, and T3 tax returns, Caseware utilization, and the preparation and review of Notice of Assessments. Responsibilities: Tax Return Preparation: Prepare and file T1, T2, and T3 tax returns accurately, adhering to relevant tax laws and regulations. Year End File Closure and NTR Experience. Notice of Assessment: Prepare and review Notice of Assessment documents for clients. Client Consultation: Provide guidance and support to clients on tax-related matters and respond to their inquiries. Tax Compliance: Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks for clients. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high-quality standards. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and a client-centric approach. Requirements: Designation: Specialist Experience: 1 - 3 Years Working Days: 5.5 (Alternate Saturday during season) Shift Time: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (for Associate role), and professional tax qualifications for Assistant Manager roles. Experience: 3-10 Years T1, T2, T3 Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in preparing and reviewing T1, T2, and T3 tax returns.
