We specialise in managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, offering end-to-end solutions that maximise property value and ensure tenant satisfaction. The Role: As a Capital Transaction Analyst , you will play a crucial role in analysing and executing capital transactions, assisting in the management of investment portfolios, and supporting strategic financial decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to a wide array of capital markets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of potential capital transactions. Support the execution of financial strategies and transactions. Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to optimize capital allocation and investment performance. Prepare financial models and reports to guide investment decisions. Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and economic developments. Assist with due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and investments. What We’re Looking For: A degree in Property, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 1-2 years experience. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in capital markets, investment banking, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
