About the role Calvary Home Care - Adelaide is looking for a new HCP case manager to support the growing team. The role is office-based Monday to Friday in the Adelaide CBD. This exciting position is to support with new intake and will assist in onboarding new HCP clients while managing their care needs. You will be working in a team of 6 Case Managers and will also work directly with the intake officer.
