We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Manager who is passionate about providing high-quality care to older people. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of the aged care industry and regulatory requirements. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with residents, staff, and families. About the role: As the Care Manager, you will have a critical role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and feel secure in their environment.
