Who We're Looking For: You are a compassionate, strategic leader with a passion for delivering high-quality, resident-focused care. Your ability to engage stakeholders, lead teams, and drive operational excellence will ensure a thriving, supportive community for residents. Leadership & Influence: Strong experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative, values-driven culture. Clinical & Care Expertise: Deep understanding of aged care regulations, compliance, and evidence-based care practices. Operational Excellence: Ability to drive efficiency, optimise service delivery, and exceed care quality benchmarks. Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Effective communicator with the ability to build trust with residents, families, and care teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, with current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN). Proven experience leading care operations in aged care, healthcare, or a similar clinical setting. Experience in team leadership, workforce planning, and performance coaching. Familiarity with aged care regulations, compliance, and best practices. Proficiency in care management systems (e.g., iCare) and technology-driven care solutions. Why Join Us?
