Job no: 494142Work type: Part timeLocation: GlenfieldCategories: Operations Reporting to the Residential Service Manager (RSM), you will bring your strong clinical experience to the role, adeptly managing and driving clinical services to ensure positive outcomes for our clients, while ensuring compliance with national aged care standards and infection control. You will provide crucial support to the RSM through your strong leadership qualities, people management experience, and business acumen to assist in driving results to meet financial and budgetary goals, fostering a culture of service-based employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork. You are looking to step up into your next role, having worked in a Senior RN or Clinical Coordinator position, or you have previously worked in a deputy position and are seeking your next opportunity in a new environment. Our team in Glenfield, in the Sydney Metro region , currently has a permanent part-time position available for a Care Services Manager to join our 48-bed aged care residence . Minimum Requirements: Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in nursing. Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Prior experience in the Aged Care industry (preferred) in a senior clinical and supervisory/management position. Intermediate experience using a variety of software programs such as AutumnCare (or similar), along with experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. First Aid Certificate. Current NDIS Worker Check - NDISWC (or willing to obtain).
