The opportunity The focus of this role is to provide efficient and effective management of Vocational Education and Training (VET) at Regis, which includes planning, implementing and evaluation of Student Placement and Traineeship Programs to meet our strategic workforce objectives. The important role you’ll play The role is responsible for consulting with internal stakeholders to identify current and future workforce skills gaps and to develop appropriate solutions in partnership with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and Universities. There will also be an opportunity to provide career support that promotes and enables internal mobility and career growth. Key areas of focus for this role include: Designing and delivering a Traineeships program Manage and oversee student placement processes Optimisation of Government Funding Study Assistance Internally mobility and career support Diversity employment streams Stakeholder engagement and partnership management What you'll bring to the role You will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and possess the following key attributes: Tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline Certificate 1V Training and Assessment (desirable) Proven experience working with Registered Training Organisations/VET sector Demonstrated experience with the Australian Federal Government and State Government incentives and funding Experience in developing organizational wide processes and optimizing to create efficiencies Proven ability to partner with Experience with reporting, tracking and monitoring results Experience with Learning Management and HR systems Action Orientation - Results driven, works with a sense of urgency, highly motivated and energetic and consistently maintains productivity Planning & Organising - Exceptional time management and organisational skills with an 'eye for detail', flexible and responsive, establishes priorities, ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines What our people love about working here As a team that supports older people to live life on their terms, we genuinely care - for our people, our work and the elderly.
