Carrara Saints AFC Senior Assistant Coach Posted on Friday, 20th September, 2024 The Carrara Football Club is seeking applications for a Senior Assistant Coach for the 2025 season.The football club competes in the QFA Division 2 Competition, which is a Gold Coast based league. The senior side has tasted finals success over the past three seasons and is primed to take the next step.The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment with a development-based mindset to nurture our future Senior players. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate:⁃ Embrace the club’s philosophies and values with a one club mindset⁃ The desire for personal and team success, with a focus on player retention⁃ Strong mentoring, communication and leadership skills⁃ Strong knowledge of the game, development of game plans and training techniques⁃ High level of team, time and organisation management Desirable (but can be attained on the job):⁃ Minimum level 1 coaching accreditation⁃ Working with Children Check (blue card)⁃ Previous coaching experience Please send an application with a cover letter outlining your suitability to by no later than COB 20/10/2024.
