About the Role: As a Case Manager , you will take a hands-on approach to care, managing one Child Safety client with 15 hours of direct support per week to truly understand their needs. You’ll oversee their care, ensure compliance, and support staff in delivering high-quality, individualized support . Key Responsibilities: Provide 15 hours of direct client support weekly to fully understand client dynamics. Implement necessary interventions and advocate for client wellbeing . Liaise with NDIS providers, Child Safety, support workers, and key stakeholders . Submit incident reports and ensure all documentation is up to standard. Support and mentor staff, handling team recruitment when necessary. Organize appointments, staff communications, and administrative tasks . Who We’re Looking For: Extensive experience in both Child Safety and NDIS case management . Strong reporting, compliance, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work autonomously while aligning with our person-centered values . Passionate about creating real change and mentoring a team .
