Your new role In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young individuals navigating mental health challenges. As part of the Headspace program, you'll provide tailored support, guidance, and advocacy to empower youth to thrive and achieve their personal goals. Your passion for working with young people and supporting their mental health journeys, strong communication and interpersonal skills, will allow you to build trust and rapport with clients and their families. Strong problem-solving and the ability to think critically in challenging situations will enable you to make a valuable difference in this key role. Your skills and experience Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare or a related discipline. Experience working with young people and their families. Understanding of the impact of trauma on young people and their mental health & wellbeing. Demonstrated experience conducting assessments, developing plans and providing case management support.
