About the role As a Case Manager, you'll help members and their families navigate during tough times with the chance to make a real impact. Provide end to end support for members across TPD, IP, Death or Terminal Illness claims Manage and administer a portfolio of claims Assist with claim and insurance decisions & escalations Processing claim payments What you'll bring Must have experience in Death Benefits (superannuation) Life insurance case management experience (ideally within superannuation) Ability to work in fast paced environments Great verbal and written communication skills High level interpersonal skills What's in it for YOU?
