Title: Case Manager - Mental Health Clinician Older Persons Community Team Requisition ID: 2107 Location: Burwood East, VIC, AU, 3151 Job Posting Date: 15 Jan 2025 Case Manager - Mental Health Clinician Older Persons Community Team Occupational Therapy position | On-going part time | 4 days a week Peter James Centre, Burwood East Location | Car-parking on site Rewarding career with an enthusiastic leadership team About the role An opportunity exists within the Older Persons Community Team for a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Mental Health Clinician with a sound clinical knowledge and community mental health experience. You will provide recovery-based case management and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. About you To be successful in this role, you will possess: Degree in Occupational Therapy Mental Health Experience Well-developed interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a diverse team Current registration with AHPRA Excellent communication and organisational skills Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
