Position: Case Manager (Homelessness and Domestic Violence) Location: Whyalla Stuart Pay Rate: SCHADS Level 3 FTE: Full-time, 1.0 FTE (Part time hour can be negotiated) - contract until 30 June 2025 Be a part of our mission to deliver vital homelessness and domestic violence support and create a meaningful impact as a Case Manager. Make a lasting difference. The Role This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) contract role until 30th June 2025. Reporting to the Manager Whyalla Homelessness Service & Regional Manager, Southern Country Domestic Violence Service, you will provide specialised case management and crisis support to individuals, couples, and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.This role is integral to delivering services under the Country North Homelessness Alliance and the South Australian Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Alliance, ensuring culturally safe, inclusive, and collaborative outcomes for all clients.Part-time hours can be negotiated for the right candidate. The Key Duties In This Role Will Include: Conduct client intakes and comprehensive needs assessments. Perform ongoing risk and safety assessments for at-risk women and children. Provide crisis support for clients with high-risk and complex needs. Develop and review client-focused case plans to achieve mutually agreed goals. Maintain accurate case notes and service data in the H2h system. Support clients in securing housing through completion of nomination paperwork. Deliver autonomous outreach services to individuals and families in social housing programs. Advocate for clients by collaborating with government, non-government, and community-based agencies. Actively participate in team workload planning and reviews. About You You are passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and families, particularly those impacted by homelessness and domestic violence.
