Job Description RA Tas is currently seeking a proactive and friendly individual looking for a meaningful role as a Casual Client Services Worker (CSW) to join our Client Services team in Launceston. The Client Services Worker (CSW) will provide a professional, warm, friendly, and supportive interface between RA Tas clients and practitioners, as well as visitors and other stakeholders. This role is a Casual leave cover role and involves providing clients with a confidential, professional, and responsive service that displays understanding of their circumstances by phone and at times in person. Customer Service, Front of House and Call Centre Experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly developed administrative skills with the ability to multi-task Organised with an eye for detail Able to exercise a high level of confidentiality Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team Hourly rate starting at $42.70. Salary Packaging options (up to $15,900 General Living Expenses and $2,650 Entertainment Benefits TAX FREE each FB year). Ongoing support and training to progress your career.
