Casual Loading) Casual Operating hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00. Usual shifts hours could include 10:00 - 14:00 or 12:00 - 17:00 About the Role This role is the first public point of contact to Horsham Rural City Council, located in the Civic Centre. The successful applicant will provide high-quality customer service and administration support to the Civic Centre staff and customers. Duties include cashier, telephone, and other general reception services. The Customer Service team is the main point of contact for our customers, responding to large volumes of customer requests via several channels. Being able to multi-task and prioritize is essential. Clear communication is also a key part of this role. About You The successful applicant will have a minimum Year 12 education. Relevant customer service experience in highly visible, public, and customer-focused industries (retail, banking, and hospitality) is advantageous. You are a team player, flexible, and solution-focused. A customer-centric attitude is something you are passionate about.
