Casual Disability Support Workers - Baldivis Experienced Disability Support Workers - FEMALES ONLY Several positions are available Experience with High Care and Behaviors of Concern will be an advantage. Must be available for Sleepover Shifts About Cocoon SDA Care Cocoon SDA Care provides support staff to NDIS-registered provider. Our houses offer our participants a place they can call home, whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit their individual needs. Our highly skilled and passionate team is dedicated to supporting our Participants to live life to the full. About the role We are looking for support workers who have industry experience and the following attributes: Medication Administration Experience in managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs. Clear and effective communication skills A person-centered approach to care Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required.
