Our goal is to work together to achieve together by using our resources wisely.The Role We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our 87-bed facility in Kempsey NSW on a casual basis. You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.The Location Kempsey, New South Wales, is a charming town situated on the Mid North Coast of the state. Known for its scenic beauty along the Macleay River, Kempsey offers a blend of natural landscapes and a rich cultural heritage.What you will do: Reporting to the RN, you will lead the care team Coordinate care in an allocated section of home and ensure care plan compliance throughout the shift Advise and allocate care staff Recognize and escalate the deteriorating resident Provide safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards Promote a positive resident experience through a resident-first approach Provide ADL care to residents Maintain documentation as per organisational standards What you will bring Registration with the AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory One year of experience as an enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable (new entrants will be considered) Strong verbal and written communication skills Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain) Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care Interested?
