Online Property Sales & Rentals (soon to be Coast Property Co.) is a boutique real estate agency in the heart of Maroochydore. We are looking for a bright, well-presented and self-motivated person to join our dynamic team in the role of Casual Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager. This is a fast-paced Monday to Friday role, working in a small and efficient team encompassing a wide range of tasks. You will play an essential role in attracting and assisting prospective tenants and supporting leasing and property management operations across our properties. What we are looking for: Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to engage with prospective tenants A proactive, positive, punctual and motivated individual Strong communication and negotiation abilities Exceptional organizational and time management skills Previous experience in leasing or real estate is advantageous Key Responsibilities: Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone Conducting open homes and inspections by appointment Routine inspections Exit & entry inspections Diary Management Communication with Landlords and Tenants Ad hoc administration duties Provide ongoing support to senior team members and assist with day-to-day leasing and PM tasks The Perks: Use of a company vehicle Supportive property management focused Director A progressive working environment with a great team culture & strong company brand Attractive hourly rate $32.50 - minimum 25 hours per week with future full-time employment opportunity Minimum Requirements: Experience as a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Property Manager preferred however not essential A current certificate of registration or real estate license Manual driver's license essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
