About the role General Handyman duties - including repairing, patching, and painting. Experience in wallpaper application would be of benefit. Complete tasks as part of the guest room preventative maintenance program. Proactively identify property operating issues throughout the hotel that require follow up. Ensure safety management is appropriately instituted to reduce the risk of accident or incident. Utilise and maintain all equipment and machinery correctly and safely. Support the Maintenance Manager in implementing best practices and standard operating procedures (SOP). Carry out general cleaning and maintenance of hotel grounds and gardens. About you Must be available on a rotating roster. A positive 'can do' attitude. Outstanding communication and team player skills. The drive to be the best and to constantly improve. The ability to multi-task and cope well under pressure. No trade qualifications are required for this role. Just starting your career? Full training provided.
