Role Overview: We’re seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to support recruitment, administration, and marketing activities. This is a casual role with flexible hours and potential for growth based on your strengths and interests. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Contact potential participants, screen candidates, and maintain databases. Administrative Tasks: Manage spreadsheets, track project data, and support day-to-day operations. Marketing Support: Assist with social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination. Client & Panel Engagement: Make confident phone calls, participate in video meetings, and support communication initiatives. Skills & Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Spreadsheets) Comfortable with video calls and confident on the phone Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Social media know-how Ability to work independently with remote supervision Experience in market research, recruitment, or admin is a plus but not required What We Offer: Flexible, casual hours (min 4-hour shifts) Remote work flexibility Opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities How to Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your skills and interest in the role.
