Job Summary: Tradewind are seeking Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Educators to work casually in both SDS (Special Development Schools) and Mainstream School Settings in NSW.Benefits: Competitive hourly salary Supportive and collaborative work environment Flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule Opportunities for professional development and training Opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in the local community About the Role: Tradewind are seeking dynamic OSH Educators to support Out of School Hours Care programs in SDS and Mainstream schools across the following suburbs in Sydney:Dulwich Hill, Kegworth, Orange Grove, Ryde, Gladesville and Pymble This is a casual role with varying hours across different services:Before school hours are approximately between 6am - 9.15amAfter School hours are approximately between: 2.30 - 6pmSchool holiday program shifts will also be available.Key duties: Deliver and implement child-centred programs that include activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts. Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Collaborate with a team of skilled educators to deliver high-quality educational experiences. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during program activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including National Quality Framework (NQF) standards. Skills & Experience: Minimum requirement of an ACECQA approved Diploma of Children's Services or Early Childhood (or working towards). Prior experience as an Education Support, Disability Support worker and/or OSH Educator in SDS and Mainstream school settings. The flexibility to work in both SDS and Mainstream schools is an advantage. Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain). Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain). Hold a current Employee Working with Children Check and Police Check (or be willing to obtain one). Why work with Tradewind?
