Currently, we are seeking exceptional Casual Retail Assistants for our Shoes & Sox store in CHERMSIDE! In this role you: Work as part of a team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customer. Deliver exceptional customer service through personalising each shoe-fitting service. Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards. Work as a team player to achieve sales and KPI targets. Ensure product knowledge of footwear and accessories. Assist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as required. Contribute to a well-organised stock room and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height (comfortability doing so is a must). The skills and experience we are looking for: Previous customer service experience. A warm, welcoming nature and enjoy working with children. You work well within fast-paced team environments. You are upbeat, energetic, and motivating - committed to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences. You have strong communication and organisational skills.
