Casual Sales Representative / Merchandiser Role – ACT Do you have a passion for coffee and people? Motivated to grow sales, market share and win? Keen to make your mark in your own territory? About us FreshFood manufactures and markets some of the finest award-winning coffees in Australia, including The House of Robert Timms and Bushells. The role We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and strategically driven individual who can perform both Sales Representative and Merchandiser responsibilities to maintain and develop a mix of Independent Retail Locations, Food Service, and Distributor Customers in ACT. With the launch of our latest NPD, fr!sky RTD Iced Coffee, we need a sales champion to manage our main Canberra-based distributor and support the increase of distribution via end user customers such as P&C, vending machine companies, and any location where drinks are sold. Reporting to the State Sales Manager for NSW/ACT & QLD, this position is responsible for: Developing and strengthening relationships Increasing distribution & brand awareness Growing territory sales via existing & new customers Delivering outstanding merchandising standards About you Self-motivated, driven individual with a proven ability to grow sales Task-oriented and excel in an autonomous environment Ability to effectively manage your time and territory call cycle Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail Must be able to work with Woolloo (Salesforce) CRM This position is for 15 to 30 hours per week, and you are required to have your own reliable vehicle for inner-city and regional customer visits.
